Our Team
ELAA’s dedicated team encompasses high level sector expertise to meet the needs of our members. Our team is devoted to ensuring our content and resources are current and up-to-date. Many of our team members come from the Early Childhood Education and Care sector and use their experience and expertise to provide relatable and knowledgeable information and advice.
Communications & Marketing
Louise is passionate about driving meaningful change through sensitive and impactful storytelling. She has professional experience in communications, website development and advocacy, and thrives in workplaces that are driven by social justice-oriented missions. Alongside this, Louise has a Bachelor of Arts with majors in politics and journalism and a Master of International Relations with a specialisation in Gender, Peace and Security.
Elodie has 8+ years of experience working in office administration, communications and event management for schools in Paris and Naarm/Melbourne. Prior to ELAA, she worked as a Marketing & Event Coordinator for a not-for-profit organisation within the Disability Sector. In addition to her professional experiences, Elodie works as a freelance artist & Illustrator.
