Wominjeka,
Barama Blow Owner | Deadly Kultja | Cultural Educator
I’m Barama Blow, a proud Goreng Goreng (Bundaberg) and Noonuccal (North Stradbroke Island) man, born and raised on Boonwurrung land in Narm (Melbourne). As the owner of Deadly Kultja, I’m on a mission to share the richness of my First Nations culture through engaging and educational programs, workshops, and services across Victoria.
At Deadly Kultja, we work with early learning centres, educational institutions, and businesses to create culturally immersive experiences. Our offerings include programs like Daycare Dreaming, Deadly for a Day, and Cultural Practice training for staff. We also specialise in custom events such as didgeridoo performances, traditional dance, Smoking Ceremonies, and Welcome to Country sessions.
Sharing my culture has always been my passion. Growing up, I was taught to understand my culture and be proud of where I come from. This understanding led me to pursue cultural education, because I believe all Australians, Indigenous or not should have the opportunity to learn about First Nations culture. Education fosters connection, respect, and understanding.
My sessions are designed to be fun, light-hearted and accessible, ensuring that all participants leave with a deeper appreciation of our history and traditions.
If you’re looking for a meaningful cultural experience for your workplace or community, I’d love to connect. Reach out via email at info@deadlykultja.au or visit www.deadlykultja.au for more information. You can also follow me on Instagram @deadlykultja.
Stay Deadly, Barama Blow
