As we enter a bargaining period for a new enterprise agreement, VECTEA employers must follow important requirements under the Fair Work Act.
Employers must inform their employees of the following:
- that their employer (with ELAA as their representative) is bargaining for a new VECTEA
- the proposed coverage of the agreement
- their rights to be represented in bargaining for the agreement.
Ensure you share this information with your employees no later than Friday, 21 June 2024.
