Joining the VECTEA 2024: essential information webinars
The Victorian Early Childhood Teachers and Educators Agreement (VECTEA) sets the sector standard with its competitive pay and favourable working conditions, supporting the retention and recruitment of teachers and educators in kindergarten programs.
The VECTEA 2020 and similar agreements, reflecting its terms and conditions, are set to expire on September 30, 2024. As customary, ELAA, in its capacity as your employer representative, will commence re-negotiations with the relevant sector unions in early 2024.
