Free RATs for Vic kinder kids make sense

The announcement today by Victorian Premier, Daniel Andrews, of free at home, Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) to be available to all children aged three to five attending Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services makes a lot of sense.
"It's a welcome and appropriate measure that supports the goal of keeping children in kinder and ECEC and keeping them safe," said Early Learning Association Australia CEO, David Worland.
