Volunteers still the backbone of early learning services

The 2022 winner of the anzuk Early Childhood Volunteer of the Year Award, Paul Cortissos, is one of thousands of volunteers who give significant amounts of time to ensuring community-run Early Childhood Education and Care services deliver high quality learning and care to our children. Their roles can involve everything from HR Manager, accountant, marketer, fundraiser, IT Manager and communications to maintenance, gardener and general voice of calm and assurance.
