Should childcare in Victoria be free? Join ELAA CEO, David Worland, along with early childhood education academics and sector representatives, and the hosts of ABC Radio Melbourne's Conversation Hour for a discussion about whether or not childcare should be universally free to parents. The discussion was held just days after the Federal Government's decision to roll back free child care and re-introduce the Child Care Subsidy.
